Muscle Poem (anatomy)
Bobby tried to booty shake,
But couldn’t bust a move!
He had no muscles, in his body,
Skeletal or smooth…
He possessed no mighty muscles,
To blink, or lift a penny,
Tried to walk, and sit, and write,
Of those, he can’t do any…
Yes, you need some mighty muscles,
To move your skeleton,
Don’t have any muscles?
Be motionless like him…

Muscles:
Muscles are a type of tissue that can contract to cause movement.
There are three types of muscles in the human body:
Cardiac muscle is found only in the heart,
Smooth muscles are found in organs like the stomach and bladder, and are moved involuntarily by the body.
Skeletal muscles are the muscles that enable conscious movement of the body.
There are more than 600 muscles in the human body, of those, the jaw can exert the most force, and the cardiac muscle does the most work- your heart must work continuously throughout your lifetime.
